If you can't remember or don’t have your username and password for Blackboard
- Go to https://mymcc.middlesex.mass.edu
- Click on “online self service tool” in the center column
- Type in your first and last names (capitalize the first letter of each) and social security number (just the numbers, NO dashes, NO spaces)
- Answer one of the security questions and click on search
- Create a password with at least 8 characters according to the information provided on the screen.
- Print out or write down in a secure place your UserID and Password.
