OneDrive is a personal 7 GB storage area provided to MCC students via their e-mail account. You can use that space to save and share documents. 

Online OneDrive Use

  1. Log into your MCC portal
  2. Search up OneDrive and click the blue cloud icon called OneDrive
  3. It may ask you to login again using your MCC email and confirm with DUO or code
  4. Once you are logged in look on the left hand menu under your name for “My Files” and click
  5. Here you can click and drag files from your desktop to the file browser in the middle of the window and they will be uploaded to onedrive

Desktop App Use

  1. In the search bar on the bottom left of your desktop click and search up “OneDrive” and click on the folder with a blue cloud called Onedrive
  2. Sign in using your MCC email it may ask you to confirm with DUO or send a code
  3. Keep clicking Next till you get to a option to open your Onedrive folder
  4. Now that this folder is open in your file browser you will see a OneDrive folder on the left hand side this will be the folder to put your files you want synced to OneDrive in
