Your student ID number, also referred to as your A#, appears on your class schedule. An A# is assigned to you by the enrollment services when you apply to the college, take a class, or sign up to take a placement test. Below is a link to a self help tool to look up your username and password.

This will allow you to see your A# and school email address. You can also reset your password from here. If you're resetting the password, you must follow these guidelines:

  1. Please include 8 characters or more.
  2. It cannot contain any part of your username.
  3. It must contain characters from three of the four following categories.
    • English uppercase (A-Z)
    • English lowercase (a-z)
    • Base-10 digits (0-9)
    • Non-alphanumeric symbols (e.g. !, $, #, %)
  4. It must not be a previous password.

You’ll see a green “Password successfully reset” message to confirm the password had been changed. If you see the red message “The password does not meet the password policy requirements”, then double check the requirements above, they’ll also be listed on that page, and try again.

Your ID and password are linked to personal information and should never be shared! Please visit the MCC knowledgebase or contact the helpdesk if you still can’t access your account.
