In Microsoft Excel there is no menu option to change text from caps to letter case or visa-versa.  However, Excel does provide two functions that can help.

Proper()-Capitalizes the first letter in each word of a text value

Lower()-Converts text to lowercase.

+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

1. Insert a field next to the field to be changed.

2. In the new field type the function =PROPER() or =Lower() as needed entering the cell number you are changing in the parenthesis.

3. Go to the edge of the cell border and when the + appears use your mouse to copy the function to the remaining cells.
