Q. Where can I park in Lowell ?

Parking for students and staff is available in designated parking lots in Lowell.  Parking tickets can be validated if accompanied by an ID in the lobbies of the City and Federal Buildings in Kearney Square, and in the lobby of the Talbot Building at 44 Middle St.
