  • Sign into myccc
  • Click on your email
  • Once in there, click on the gear shift in the upper right corner of your screen
  • Select Change Password
  • Under Options-->Phone
  • Scroll down to reset pin
  • Confirm that you want to reset the pin

    The system will send you an email with the new pin.  When you log in using the new pin it will tell you it has expired and prompts you to select another.
